Kori is a veteran professional writer & author, having worked in marketing, content writing, editing, & copywriting since 2006. She has taught professional writing & editing at Malone University, mentored & trained writers for the public sphere, & is the editor & author of Creativity Matters, Inkling's weekly blog, which has a reach of more than 200 readers per week.

Kori's creative work has appeared in Shenandoah, Switchback, SN Review, Prick of the Spindle, Scarlet Leaf Review, Up the Staircase Quarterly, Blanket Sea, & other publications. She is the author of two books, The Goodbye-Love Generation: A Novel in Stories, & Bone China Girls: A Poetic Account of a Female Crime. Last year, she was nominated for Best of the Net 2020.
